Omprakash H. has been an integral part of Blueprint since 2014, where he currently leads the Solution Delivery for the HXM vertical. With over 26 years of IT experience, Om has a proven track record of success in transforming businesses through SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur solutions. His expertise spans across a wide range of global enterprises and Fortune 500 companies, where he has crafted innovative solutions to tackle the most complex business challenges.

Currently pursuing his PhD in Business Administration and having completed a certified Leadership Change Management program from XLRI, Om combines his deep technical knowledge with a strategic mindset, holding a Master’s degree in Labor Management. Beyond his professional achievements, Om is a passionate thought leader, actively contributing to the industry through his insights on various blogs, shaping the future of HR tech.

Senior Director – Enterprise Applications

With over two decades of experience at the dynamic crossroads of technology and business, Vaidee brings a wealth of expertise in driving transformation across industries. His deep domain knowledge spans Sales, Field Service, and Supply Chain in the CPG and Automotive sectors. Having worked with renowned organizations, Vaidee has honed his ability to bridge functional areas and to create impactful capabilities that drive business success.
Throughout his career, Vaidee has collaborated with global clients, specializing in SAP solutions during his tenure at leading firms such as TCS, Capgemini and Mindtree. His experience includes delivering large-scale transformation programs, leading Service Transitions and providing Managed Services. Additionally, his proficiency extends to presales and consulting, where he has been instrumental in shaping strategic outcomes.
Currently, Vaidee heads Pre-Solution and Capability Development at Blueprint Technologies, where he continues to shape the future of business technology solutions.

With over 18 years of specialized experience in data analytics, Githen has played a pivotal role in guiding organizations worldwide on their data journey, leveraging the power of SAP Analytics technology. His unique ability to navigate the overwhelming world of analytics tools enables him to recommend the perfect solution tailored to each customer’s needs.

Githen began his IT career at Mindtree and holds a post-graduate degree in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, underscoring his deep technical expertise. Certified in a wide array of SAP Technologies, he is also a respected voice in the industry, regularly speaking at global conferences and sharing his insights with the data community.

SAP CX Practice Lead

With over 17 years of diverse IT experience, Prathiba currently leads the SAP CX Practice, managing pre-sales and ensuring the successful delivery of SAP Sales, SAP Service Cloud & SAP FSM projects. She has worked with top firms across Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and Media sectors in the US, Middle East, Japan and India, holding key client-facing roles across multiple regions and industries.

 

As a seasoned solution architect, she has a strong track record of leading discovery and business workshops, effectively aligning customer needs with transformative solutions. She excels in guiding clients through every stage of their transformation journey, from vision and strategy to journey mapping and full project lifecycle execution. Beyond project success, she is dedicated to people development, enablement and continuous improvement.

As a UKG Certified professional, he leads the delivery practice, expertly addressing some of the most complex business challenges with tailored solutions that drive real value for clients.

Throughout his career, Sanjay has served clients across a diverse range of industries and regions, delivering transformative results for organizations such as Tesco UK, Supervalu, Johnson & Johnson, Jet Airways, Eaton, Renault Nissan India and Faiveley Transport, to name just a few. His broad experience has equipped him with the unique ability to understand and solve intricate business needs, ensuring lasting success for his clients.

With over 25 years of work experience, including 17+ years in the SAP domain, Srinivassa (Srini) is a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale, global SAP transformation projects. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered complex SAP implementations across multiple regions for large enterprises, driving business transformation and innovation.
Currently serving as the Head of Sales for the North America (NAM) region, Srini is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and expanding the company’s presence within the market. His expertise in SAP technology and his strategic approach to sales enable him to foster strong relationships with clients and ensure that solutions are tailored to meet their evolving needs.
He is committed to continuous growth and innovation, ensuring that the organisation remain at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends as a trusted SAP partner.

With over 30 years of global experience, Kishore is a seasoned SAP leader, business strategist, and author, specializing in ERP, CRM, Analytics, and Cloud transformations. His expertise spans Application Implementation, IT Solutions Delivery, Project Management, and Team Leadership, with a proven track record in industries such as Apparel & Footwear, HR BPO, Manufacturing, and the Public Sector.
Kishore has successfully led global teams and managed full life-cycle implementations across SAP, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA, delivering high-impact solutions that drive corporate growth, productivity, and revenue expansion. He has played a pivotal role in growing businesses, expanding SAP practices, and setting up global delivery centers in India, the U.S., and the Middle East. His executive leadership experience includes working with large IT service firms, founding consulting ventures, and scaling global operations.
A design thinking practitioner and thought leader, Kishore is an active speaker at SAP events, where he engages audiences on SAP’s cloud evolution, business impact, and digital transformation strategies. He has conducted global workshops in Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S., training SAP partners and corporate teams on leveraging SAP cloud solutions.
Beyond his corporate career, Kishore is an acclaimed author of The Nicest Folks on the Top Floor, a widely read book for corporate freshers that combines storytelling with career insights. The book has sold nearly 10,000 copies across 12 countries and has inspired countless young professionals. He frequently conducts mentorship programs for college students, empowering them with corporate readiness skills.
